1. Contest Overview

Captured On Film Wedding Services is offering eligible participants the opportunity to enter its Bridal Combo Deal Contest for a chance to be selected as one of five shortlisted candidates to discuss and potentially secure the advertised Bridal Combo Package promotional offer.

The promotion is designed to help couples save on selected wedding services by combining three services for a special promotional price.

The Bridal Combo Package allows couples to choose any three of the following four services:

Wedding Photography
Wedding Videography
Photo Booth Services
DJ and Wedding Entertainment

The advertised promotional package price is $3,800, compared with an advertised regular combined value of approximately $5,846, representing potential savings of approximately $2,046, or 35%.

The promotional package is subject to these Official Rules and Conditions, the final agreed service details, availability, and the applicable booking agreement.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible to enter, participants must:

Be residents of Ontario, Canada.
Be planning a wedding for which one or more of the eligible services may be required.
Submit a complete online entry form through the official promotion page by the stated deadline.
Provide accurate and complete information requested on the entry form.
Meet all other applicable requirements set out in these Official Rules and Conditions.
Entry is available to eligible attendees of the Niagara Wedding Show 2026, including those who did not visit the Captured On Film Wedding Services booth, provided they submit a valid online entry by the deadline.

Entries received after the deadline, incomplete submissions, duplicate entries where prohibited, or submissions that do not satisfy the eligibility requirements may be disqualified.

3. How to Enter

Eligible participants must complete and submit the online contest entry form at:

All entries must be submitted no later than 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time on October 29, 2026.

There is no guarantee that an entry will be selected simply because it has been submitted. Only eligible entries that satisfy the contest requirements will be considered for the random draw.

4. Selection of Shortlisted Candidates

Five shortlisted candidates will be selected through a random draw from all eligible entries received by the deadline.

Each eligible entry will have an equal chance of being selected, subject to compliance with these Official Rules and Conditions.

The five shortlisted candidates will be selected on or before October 30, 2026. Only the five shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further discussion. If a participant is not contacted by the selection deadline, their entry was not selected for the shortlist.

Being shortlisted does not automatically constitute final confirmation of eligibility or completion of a booking. Shortlisted candidates may be asked to confirm relevant information, discuss their wedding requirements, and review the package terms before any promotional booking is finalized.

5. Contacting Shortlisted Candidates

Captured On Film Wedding Services will attempt to contact each shortlisted candidate using the contact information provided on the entry form.

Candidates are responsible for ensuring their contact details are accurate and for responding to communications within any reasonable timeframe communicated to them.

If a shortlisted candidate cannot be reached, does not respond, is found to be ineligible, or does not satisfy the applicable requirements, Captured On Film Wedding Services may determine the appropriate next step in accordance with these Official Rules and applicable law.

6. Bridal Combo Package and Promotional Pricing

The advertised Bridal Combo Package promotional price is $3,800 for the selection of any three eligible services identified in Section 1.

The advertised regular combined value is approximately $5,846, representing approximately $2,046 in savings.

The actual services, coverage, duration, deliverables, and other inclusions will be confirmed in writing before booking. Any service-specific limitations or exclusions will be disclosed as part of the booking process.

The package price does not automatically include additional services, optional upgrades, extra coverage, or other items not expressly included in the confirmed booking agreement.

A standard $75 travel fee applies to bookings, including promotional bookings, and will be identified separately on the invoice. Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

7. Individual Service Promotions

Couples who do not require all three services in the Bridal Combo Package may inquire about available promotional discounts for individual services.

Any individual-service discount is subject to the applicable promotional terms, the specific service requested, availability, and written confirmation by Captured On Film Wedding Services.

Individual discounts are not automatically equivalent to the full three-service package offer and may not be combined with other offers unless expressly confirmed in writing.

8. Promotional Pricing for Weddings in 2028

Although the promotion was initially designed with weddings taking place in 2026 and 2027 in mind, Captured On Film Wedding Services is extending the same promotional pricing to eligible couples planning weddings in 2028.

A couple who secures the applicable promotional package by paying the required deposit or the full package price during 2026 or 2027 will have that agreed promotional pricing honoured for their 2028 wedding without exception, subject to the agreed booking terms and the services confirmed in writing.

The wedding date must fall within the promotional eligibility period confirmed by Captured On Film Wedding Services. The promotion is not intended to extend beyond December 31, 2028, unless expressly agreed in writing.

Any changes to the booked services, coverage, or other package details must be approved in writing and may affect the final price.

9. Booking Confirmation and Deposit

A shortlisted candidate must complete the applicable booking process to secure services.

A minimum deposit of 20% of the agreed package price is required. The deposit will be credited toward the final invoice.

For the $3,800 package, the minimum deposit is $760. A booking will be considered confirmed once the booking agreement has been accepted, the required deposit has been received, and written confirmation has been provided by Captured On Film Wedding Services.

The outstanding balance is payable at any time on or before the wedding date, in accordance with the booking agreement and invoice.

Final Payment Deadline: Any outstanding balance remaining after the deposit must be paid in full no later than the day before the scheduled wedding or event date. For example, if the event takes place on Saturday, the full outstanding balance must be received by Friday. No outstanding balance may remain unpaid on the event date unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed to in writing by Captured On Film Wedding Services.

10. Changes to Services and Booking Details

Any change to the wedding date, selected services, package inclusions, coverage, or other material booking details must be requested and approved in writing.

Changes are subject to availability and may affect the agreed price, deliverables, or other booking conditions.

A request to substitute one service for another does not automatically guarantee that the same price or package arrangement will apply. Any approved changes will be documented in writing.

11. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refunds

Cancellation and rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

The handling of deposits, payments, cancellations, postponements, and refunds will be governed by the confirmed booking agreement and applicable law.

Rescheduling requests will be assessed individually and are subject to availability. Captured On Film Wedding Services will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date where possible, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

Where Captured On Film Wedding Services is unable to provide a booked service, it will address the situation in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable legal requirements, including any applicable refund or other remedy.

Nothing in these Official Rules or the booking agreement is intended to remove any non-waivable rights a customer may have under applicable law.

12. Client Satisfaction and Completed Services

Captured On Film Wedding Services is committed to providing the services described in the confirmed booking agreement.

Personal preferences and subjective opinions about creative style, music selection, photography, video editing, or entertainment may vary. Refunds will not ordinarily be provided solely because a client is dissatisfied with personal preferences or creative choices where the agreed service requirements have been met.

For example, dissatisfaction with a DJ’s music selection alone will not automatically entitle a client to a refund where the DJ has provided the contracted services in accordance with the booking agreement.

Similarly, subjective dissatisfaction with the artistic style of photographs or video footage will not automatically entitle a client to a refund where the agreed deliverables and contractual requirements have been met.

If a client believes that a service was not delivered as agreed, they should notify Captured On Film Wedding Services in writing and identify the specific concern. The concern will be reviewed in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in this section excludes any rights or remedies available to a client under applicable law.

13. Video Delivery

Where wedding videography is included, the completed wedding video may take up to 12 weeks (84 days) from the wedding date to be delivered, subject to the deliverables and conditions set out in the confirmed booking agreement.

Any additional deliverables or special arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

14. Unforeseen Circumstances and Service Availability

All bookings are subject to the availability of the selected services and the applicable booking terms.

If illness, an emergency, severe weather, equipment failure, or another circumstance outside reasonable control affects the provision of a service, Captured On Film Wedding Services will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and explore an appropriate alternative where possible.

Any replacement service, rescheduling arrangement, refund, or other remedy will be addressed in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.

15. Contest Administration and General Conditions

Captured On Film Wedding Services reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entries and to disqualify entries that are incomplete, inaccurate, fraudulent, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules and Conditions.

The contest will be administered fairly and in accordance with applicable law. Any change or cancellation of the contest will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

These Official Rules and Conditions should be read together with the final booking agreement and any applicable invoice terms. If a participant proceeds to book services, the signed or accepted booking agreement will govern the specific services, deliverables, payment obligations, and other booking details, subject to applicable law.

16. Independent Business Disclaimer

Captured On Film Wedding Services is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially associated with the Niagara Wedding Show or WeddingWin.

The Bridal Combo Deal Contest is independently operated by Captured On Film Wedding Services and is separate from any promotions or activities organized by the wedding show or its organizers.

17. General Disclaimer

All advertised prices, values, and savings are stated before applicable taxes unless otherwise indicated. The advertised regular value is an approximate combined value of the eligible services and is not a guarantee that every couple would otherwise purchase those services individually at that amount.

Participation in the contest does not guarantee selection, eligibility confirmation, or a completed booking.

These Official Rules and Conditions are intended to explain the contest and promotional offer. All bookings remain subject to the confirmed booking agreement and applicable law.

Important Disclaimer, Limitations and Unforeseen Circumstances

Promotional Terms and Pricing

All promotional offers, discounts, package prices, and advertised savings are subject to the eligibility requirements and conditions outlined in these contest rules. The advertised savings of at least 35% apply to the full qualifying combo package and are based on comparable standard service rates. Individual-service discounts may differ.

The final services, pricing, payment schedule, deposit requirements, and booking conditions will be confirmed in writing before a winner commits to a booking.

Service Availability and Changes

All services are subject to availability for the requested wedding date, location, and service requirements. Selection as a contest winner does not guarantee service availability until a booking has been confirmed in writing.

If circumstances arise that affect the delivery of a booked service, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the client and discuss appropriate alternatives, where possible.

Cancellations, Rescheduling

We understand that wedding plans can change due to unforeseen circumstances. All bookings made through this promotion are subject to the organizer's written booking policies, including cancellation, rescheduling, service-change.

Refunds and Service Provider Accountability

We are committed to fulfilling our obligations and delivering the wedding services agreed upon in the confirmed booking agreement.

If, for any reason attributable to our business, we are unable to provide all booked and agreed-upon contracted services and cannot arrange a suitable replacement or acceptable alternative, we will take full responsibility and issue a full refund of all amounts paid for the affected booking, including the deposit.

If we are unable to provide only part of the contracted services, we will work with the client to determine an appropriate refund or other remedy for the services not delivered, in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law. Under this condition, any deposit already paid will not be refunded.

Except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly agreed to in writing, refunds will not ordinarily be offered solely because a client changes their mind, cancels their wedding, or no longer requires the booked services.

Client Satisfaction and Refunds

Refunds are not ordinarily provided solely because of subjective dissatisfaction with completed services where the agreed requirements have been met. Any concerns regarding service delivery will be reviewed in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

A minimum deposit of 20% of the agreed package price is required to secure a booking and will be credited toward the final invoice. If a client cancels, the deposit will generally be retained in accordance with the agreed booking terms, subject to applicable law.

The treatment of any additional payments, cancellation charges, refunds, or outstanding balances will depend on the circumstances, the agreed booking terms, and applicable law. No additional cancellation fee will apply unless it has been disclosed and agreed upon in writing, subject to applicable law.

Rescheduling requests will be assessed individually and are subject to service availability. Where a new date can be accommodated, the parties will confirm any revised arrangements in writing. Any additional charges must be disclosed and agreed upon before the change is finalized.

If the organizer cannot provide a booked service, reasonable efforts will first be made to arrange a suitable replacement or another acceptable alternative where feasible. If no suitable alternative can be arranged, any applicable refund or other remedy will be determined in accordance with the booking agreement and applicable law.

Nothing in these rules guarantees that every cancellation or postponement will qualify for a refund. Equally, nothing in these rules removes any refund rights or other remedies that the client may have under applicable law.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control, including severe weather, emergencies, illness, accidents, equipment failure, venue restrictions, or other unexpected events, may affect the availability or delivery of services.

Where such circumstances arise, the organizer will make reasonable efforts to minimize disruption, communicate with the client, and discuss reasonable alternatives, including rescheduling where feasible.

Any cancellation, rescheduling arrangement, refund, or other remedy will be handled in accordance with the applicable booking agreement and applicable law. These circumstances do not automatically eliminate either party's contractual obligations.

Contest Administration

The organizer reserves the right to verify entries, confirm eligibility, and address suspected fraudulent or invalid submissions.

If circumstances beyond the organizer's reasonable control materially affect the administration of the contest, any necessary changes or cancellation will be handled in accordance with applicable law, with reasonable notice to participants where practicable. The organizer will make reasonable efforts to administer the contest fairly and consistently with the published rules.

Limitation of Disclaimer

These rules are intended to clarify the conditions of the promotion and the responsibilities of participants and the organizer. Nothing in these rules or any related booking agreement is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that participants or clients may have under applicable law.

The contest rules should be read together with the written booking agreement provided to each confirmed winner. Winners will have the opportunity to review the applicable service details, pricing, payment obligations, cancellation terms, and refund conditions before committing to a booking.

By entering the contest, participants acknowledge that they have read and understood the published contest rules and conditions.
